Paying with crypto

After you order, we email you a secure payment link. The email comes from Keycard and the payment is handled by nowpayments.io.

We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, Zcash and major stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI and more) on several networks. The payment page shows the full list.

You did not receive an email after a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then write to get@keycard.tech with your order number. We will resend the same link.

We check every payment and confirm it to you by email, usually within one to two working days. Your order then ships, and you receive the shipping confirmation.

Reaching this page does not confirm your payment.

We will never ask for your recovery phrase, your PIN or a wallet connection.

Other notices

Pay only once. After you pay, the payment page can still show the payment form while the network confirms your transaction. Do not send the payment again.

Some coins have a minimum amount: if yours is refused, choose another coin or network. For small orders, ETH works.

If your payment has not arrived, we send you a reminder after 3 days and after 5 days. If you no longer want the order, reply to that email and we will cancel it.
