#Set up your PUK

Your Keycard blocks after three wrong PIN attempts.

Unblock with either:

• Factory reset: Removes your keys. Import them again with your recovery phrase.
• PUK: 12-digit code that unblocks your Keycard without removing keys.

Your card has a randomized PUK by default. After five incorrect PUK attempts, the card is blocked, and the only way to use it again is to factory reset it.

Change your PUK:

1. 1
   Insert Keycard and enter your PIN (card must be unblocked).

   Go to Settings > Keycard > Change PUK.
